Dec 2024–present- Lead a five-engineer Copilot Studio team delivering enterprise agent-governance capabilities, driving technical direction, architectural decisions, day-to-day execution, and delivery quality.
- Interview engineering candidates and coach engineers through design reviews, implementation decisions, and proofs of concept; helped grow the broader engineering group from four to 10+ engineers.
- Partner with engineering management to shape multi-release roadmaps, align priorities, coordinate dependencies, and translate strategic objectives into executable plans.
- Led the agent runtime's evolution toward queue- and message-driven orchestration, improving platform durability and operational resilience.
Software Engineer II, Industry AI
Mar 2022–Dec 2024- Helped architect an Azure RAG platform for complex financial reports, spanning document ingestion, OCR, visual understanding, retrieval, and answer generation; coordinated architecture and delivery across global engineering teams to deliver secure, production-grade capabilities.
- Owned platform scalability and reliability, addressing bottlenecks across Azure Document Intelligence, AI Search, and vision-model calls by redesigning orchestration around Durable Functions with parallel processing, configurable retries, and failure tracking.
- Led development of the Copilot Toolkit, including Prompt Test and Prompt Cost Optimizer, enabling teams to evaluate LLM stability, regression risk, and operating cost.
